Draft notice: These terms apply to the closed beta of maind. A final, lawyer-reviewed version will be published before public launch. By using the service during the beta, you accept these terms as written.
1. Service
maind provides an MCP (Model Context Protocol) endpoint plus a dashboard for managing API keys, telemetry consent, and account settings. The service is offered "as-is" during the beta.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
3. Acceptable use
- No reverse-engineering or scraping the service.
- No abusive, illegal, or rights-infringing content.
- No attempts to circumvent rate-limits, plan-gates, or the API-key authentication.
- Keep your API keys confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your keys.
4. Beta status
The service is in closed beta. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. Free quotas may change. Paid tiers are not active during the beta.
5. Disclaimer
The service is provided without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, maind is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin, to the extent legally permissible.
